- At our showroom in Lugano, by appointment.
How it works
- You write to us on WhatsApp. You send us a few photos of the watch and the reference.
- You receive the valuation. We make you an offer based on the photos and the reference.
- We set the appointment. We agree on the place together.
- We check the watch on the spot. Together with you we check authenticity and condition.
- We pay you right away. Payment is immediate on handover: in cash or by instant bank transfer.
ID document and receipt
We always ask for an ID document, for the safety of both parties and the traceability of the purchase.
For the purchase we issue a receipt, which you can also sign remotely.
